We want you to feel good about supporting our work. This policy explains how refunds are handled for donations made through Becoming.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your donation date. For recurring (monthly) donations, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you may request a refund of your most recent charge within 14 days.
How to request a refund
Donations are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at hello@becomingmag.blog and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
